What to Bring/Do
- Gi classes: Bring a gi (or borrow one of ours for your first class)
- No-Gi classes: Rash guard and shorts or spats
- Water bottle
- Flip flops or sandals for walking off the mats
- Trim your fingernails and toenails
- Remove jewelry before class
